How can anyone deny that there is something going on with our weather? Droughts, extreme temperatures, increasingly more severe and frequent hurricanes and tornados have to be obvious to everyone.
What gain is achieved by continuing to deny that we as inhabitants are doing something to cause this? Let us assume for just a few minutes and suspend science, what harm is comes from changing our behaviors just in case we are causing this dramatic shift in climate? On the other hand, what are the consequences of doing nothing, only to learn when it is too late that we are the cause?
It is not a zero sum game and we have to stop treating it as if it were.
